The Creative Talent Training & Empowerment (CTTE) Programme is a fully sponsored 6-month intensive skills development initiative designed to equip Nigerian youth with industry-relevant digital and creative media competencies.
Implemented by TECTOPI Nigeria Ventures under the IDEAS-TVET Initiative supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and the World Bank, the programme focuses on preparing participants for employment, freelancing, entrepreneurship, and participation in Africa’s growing digital economy.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be between 18–35 years old
- Possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN)
- Have interest in digital media and creative technology
- Be willing to commit to the full training duration
- Have basic reading and communication skills
